Each individual may hold only one oke7 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to closure. All funds in non-compliant accounts, including any bonus balances, may be forfeited upon detection of a duplicate registration.

By registering an account on the oke7 Platform, accessing any Game, making a Deposit, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not under any legal disability or court order that would prevent you from accessing online gaming services. Persons subject to self-exclusion orders, court-ordered gaming restrictions, or PAGCOR exclusion lists are prohibited from registering or accessing the Platform.
To access all features of the oke7 Platform, you must register an Account by providing your active Philippine mobile number, date of birth, full legal name, and a secure password. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
Each individual may hold only one (1) oke7 Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. oke7 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein (including bonuses) may be forfeited.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, oke7 requires all players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents required include: (a) a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, or UMID); and (b) a live selfie matching the ID photograph. oke7 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
Players are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information. Any changes to your registered details — particularly your mobile number or payment methods — must be reported to oke7 support promptly. Changes to sensitive account information require identity re-verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke7 login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. oke7 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.
You agree to notify oke7 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. oke7 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
oke7 reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. Any transactions conducted on a compromised Account before notification to oke7 are your responsibility unless oke7 is demonstrably at fault.
oke7 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. oke7 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your Wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Wallet depending on the processing bank. oke7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your oke7 Wallet are from legitimate sources and are your own lawful funds. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts that are verified as belonging to you. The name on your oke7 Account must match the name on your withdrawal payment account. oke7 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Successful completion of KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. oke7 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending KYC completion or additional document verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests above certain thresholds.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed with a target processing time of under five (5) minutes from approval, subject to platform transaction volumes and payment provider availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. These timeframes are targets and not guaranteed — actual times may vary.
The minimum withdrawal amount on oke7 is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published in the Payments section of your Account settings. oke7 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests.
Where a Player has an active Bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, withdrawal of the bonus principal and associated winnings may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met, or the Player may elect to forfeit the bonus balance to withdraw the non-bonus portion of their Wallet. Specific conditions are set out in the applicable bonus terms.
All bonuses and promotions offered by oke7 are subject to specific terms that include, at minimum: (a) wagering requirements (the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn); (b) eligible games; (c) minimum deposit amounts; (d) maximum bonus cap; and (e) expiry dates. The oke7 Welcome Bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. It is credited automatically on deposits meeting the minimum threshold. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of fifteen times (15×) the combined deposit and bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus must be used within thirty (30) days of crediting, after which any unused bonus balance will expire.
oke7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. oke7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to affected Players where practicable. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable promotion-specific terms.
All Games available on the oke7 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game before play commences. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics, while these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, financial, and conduct matters.
Live dealer games at oke7 are subject to the rules of the respective live game studio provider. Results determined in live dealer games are final and binding once the round is officially settled. Technical malfunctions during a live game round will be resolved in accordance with the live studio provider's void-round procedures.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, or transmitted in any form without oke7's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oke7's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Account, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oke7 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from Platform downtime or technical malfunction, except where oke7 is directly at fault; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature; (c) any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) any loss arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or internet service disruptions.
The oke7 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While oke7 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.
Players may close their oke7 Account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any bonus balances remaining at the time of Account closure will be forfeited. Closure does not affect any legal obligations accrued prior to the date of closure.
oke7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; (c) suspected or confirmed money laundering or use of criminal proceeds; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; (e) a court order or regulatory direction requiring closure; or (f) any other circumstances where oke7 reasonably determines that continued Account operation poses a risk to oke7, other players, or regulatory compliance. In cases of closure for cause, oke7 may withhold or forfeit balances pending investigation.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and oke7, the Player must first contact oke7 customer support in writing at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in sufficient detail. oke7 will acknowledge the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days. oke7 will maintain records of all complaints and resolutions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures, to the extent applicable under PAGCOR's licensing framework.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above procedures shall be brought before the competent courts of the Philippines.
oke7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. The current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page, with the effective and last-updated dates displayed prominently.
Your continued use of the oke7 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
